CANCELLATION POLICY:
- We require a credit card to guarantee all bookings. We accept all major credit cards. Credit Cards will not be charged until you check out.
- If you do not have a credit card, we require a deposit to the value of one nights' accommodation, to be paid 48 hours prior to arrival. If the deposit cannot be made within this time frame, we will only hold the room requested until 3pm.
- Deposit refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation after this time will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid.
- Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking. This includes any additional unit/s or bed/s booked.
- We reserve the right to reconsider the availability of a current booking, should you reduce the length of your stay.
GROUP BOOKINGS:
Group Bookings require a 50% deposit to guarantee all accommodation booked. Cancellations requirements for all group bookings is a minimum of 4 weeks (1 month) notice. Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-In time is from 2pm. Check-Out is 10am. If you require a late Check-Out please enquire on arrival at reception. There will be a charge for this service.
