You advertise Broadband Internet. What exactly is this and what is the cost?

We feature "Tempest" which is Telstra Clear's broadband system. It typically runs about 5 - 6 times faster than the standard dial up modem connection. This means  that you can accomplish in 10 minutes what it normally takes 45 - 60 minutes using a modem connection. We have two work stations and access cards are available for sale at the office.

You advertise compact luxury but I did not notice an official hotel or motel rating. What is your official rating?

We have chosen not to subscribe to a rating service, rather we have chosen to put that additional cost into the quality of our amenities. Our goal is to measure up to a four-star motel standard with all of our furnishings and linens.

What are your reception hours?

Regular Reception hours are from 7:30 am - 9:00 pm 7 days per week. If you require check-in or departure outside of these hours be sure to make special arrangements when you make your booking.

You advertise Digital Sky TV. What exactly does this mean?

Digital Sky is the best reception you can get. It's clearer and there's less Atmospheric interference. While we offer 11 channels, 5 of them are digital. They are CNN, Sky 1, Sky Movies, Sky Sport, and Discovery, Free-to-air 1, 2, 3, 4, Trackside and Prime.

What are your requirements regarding bookings and cancellations?

Booking manually:
To confirm a reservation we require that you provide your credit card details (we accept Visa, MasterCard) or pay a deposit that equivalent one night charge of accommodation into nominated bank account. Your card will not be charged until your departure, unless you fail to show or cancel. We also require a contact phone number, a mobile number if you have one and your estimated arrival time. Cancellations can be made prior 48 hrs of your check in time without penalty.

Booking Online:
Your booking can be instantly confirmed online.  Simply select the Book It button and follow the steps to make your reservation.  You will be asked for your method of payment and all credit card details are kept in a completely secure environment.  Once you have followed the booking steps, a message on screen will inform you how many nights you have booked, how much your credit card will be charged, including how much of that is a deposit and the remainder to be paid on or before the first day of the reservation.  You will also receive a confirmation email giving you the details of your booking.

What if I am paying by Eftpos, cash or cheque?

Not a problem!  We hold the credit card details for security over the room.  We accept Eftpos and cash payment.  If you don't have a credit card then we require an advance deposit stated above to secure a confirmed reservation. A cheque payment of deposit must be received 2 days before your arrival.
